Who is responsible
Taits is responsible for this website and the data processed through it. For privacy questions, email contact@taits.nl.
What data is processed
During a normal visit we process technical data needed to display the website, such as browser, device, page request and security logs from the hosting environment. If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, company, project type and message.
Analytics and consent
Analytics is off by default. Only after you give consent do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-K849CMFPBK. These measurements help us understand which pages are visited and how the site can be improved. We do not use marketing tracking or advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses necessary storage to remember your language, theme and privacy choice. You can reject analytics and keep using the site. You can change your choice later through the cookie preferences.
Services used
The website runs on Vercel. Project and admin content is managed with Supabase. Contact forms are processed server-side and sent through Resend. Analytics runs through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 when you give consent.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and document any follow-up agreements. Technical logs are kept briefly by hosting and security services. Analytics data is processed only when you have consented.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to the processing of your personal data. Email contact@taits.nl for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
This page may be updated when the website, services used or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
